Job Duties:

  • Take proactive management of family law cases from initiation to conclusion
  • Deliver superior customer service to clients, including regular monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to practice managers
  • Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska
  • Experience serving as first-chair counsel in family law cases
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt

 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

 

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska
