A law firm seeks a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Lake Success, NY. This full-service law firm is looking for an Associate with 7-10 years of experience in real estate law, dedicated to providing quality counsel and innovative solutions to clients.

Duties:

• Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Negotiate the terms and conditions of real estate contracts.
• Facilitate the transfer of titles and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support transaction strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of legal matters.
• Display strong decision-making skills and provide sound legal advice throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York.
• 7-10 years of experience in real estate law.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated flexibility and independence in handling work tasks.

Education:
