Duties

• Assess complex immigration cases and provide strategic recommendations for legal action.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple case files in a high-volume work environment.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to ensure thorough and timely file analysis.
• Stay current on immigration laws, policies, and procedural updates across multiple practice areas.
• Document and organize case findings for internal legal teams and client communications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for identifying legal solutions.
• Proven track record of effectively managing caseloads and advancing legal cases.
• Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with various immigration processes, including family-based petitions, asylum, and removal defense.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
