A law firm in Marietta, GA, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle estate and trust litigation cases, as well as estate administration matters. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle estate and trust litigation cases.
• Manage estate administration matters.
• Spend most of the time on fiduciary litigation matters.
• Set strategy and handle cases from start to finish.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Utilize independent creative problem-solving skills to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Attorney licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, including setting strategy and handling cases from start to finish; 10+ years preferred.
• Excellent independent creative problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented personality with a will to win and a focus on achieving results for clients.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
