Duties:

• Analyze insurance policies to identify coverage issues.

• Draft coverage opinions, reservations, and disclaimers.

• Handle insurance coverage litigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in insurance coverage law (preferred but not required).

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with superior academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Member in good standing of the Illinois Bar.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.

• Problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
