Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as letters, memos, motions, pleadings, and orders.

• Assist the lead attorney with preparation for hearings and trials.
• Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to coordinate discovery processes.
• Stay organized and ensure meticulous billing of time for each case.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced legal setting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Education:

• Law school graduate, preferably cum laude or higher.
• Top 25% of law school class.

Certifications:

• Must hold an active attorney license in the state of Florida.

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and research skills, with top marks in related courses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Adobe, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with legal practice management software, such as Clio, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual, remote environment.
