Job Overview: A reputable law firm in Washington, DC, is looking to hire a talented Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney for their growing litigation team. This full-time, partnership-track position is ideal for candidates with 0-4 years of experience (Class of 2025 – Class of 2021). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, demonstrate leadership potential, and be able to work independently while contributing to a dynamic, diverse team culture. A background in economics and previous experience in antitrust, complex litigation, investigations, or counseling is highly desirable.

Duties:

• Represent clients in antitrust and complex litigation matters.
• Provide legal counsel in investigations and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents related to antitrust litigation.
• Participate in trial preparation and strategy development.
• Assist in advising clients on antitrust issues and compliance.
• Work collaboratively within a team of legal professionals.
• Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication regarding case progress.

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of experience in litigation, particularly in antitrust law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Judgment and confidence in working with clients and colleagues.
• A background or interest in economics is a plus.
• DC Bar membership is preferred but must be obtained within one year of joining.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• DC Bar membership preferred (must be obtained within one year of employment).
