Duties:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence for corporate transactions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in transactional law or corporate law.

  • In-depth knowledge of business law, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for licensure.

Skills:

  • Expertise in commercial transactions and contract law.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Knowledge of business structure and corporate governance.
