Job Overview:
A growing law firm based in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its team. Location:

• Spokane, WA 99202 (in-person)

Duties:

• Manage and coordinate a busy caseload, ensuring efficient case handling.
• Provide competent legal advocacy and representation to clients in Probate, Land Use, and Elder Law matters.
• Prepare legal documents, including petitions, motions, and court filings.
• Represent clients’ interests in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and client care.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments in relevant practice areas.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Good standing with the Washington State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in Probate, Land Use, and/or Elder Law preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Washington State Bar.
