Job Overview: An esteemed law firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team. This role is suitable for candidates with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, with an advantage for those specializing in finance law.

Duties

• Manage and support fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring team.
• Draft, negotiate, and review finance-related agreements and transactional documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research to support complex finance-related cases.
• Provide strategic guidance and regular updates to clients on transaction status.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and best practices in finance transactions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in transactional law, with finance law experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research and analytical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the candidate’s state of residence.
