Duties:

  • Advise clients on legal matters related to Personal Injury Law, specifically Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases.
  • Meet with clients to understand their legal issues and provide informed advice.
  • Strategize and develop practical legal solutions to resolve clients' cases favorably.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents accurately and within deadlines, including dispositions, pleadings, and contracts.
  • Assist clients in executing legal agreements and settlements.
  • Stay updated with current legislation and legal trends affecting Personal Injury Law.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar (Barred in FL).
  • 2-4 years of experience practicing Personal Injury Law, focusing on Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases.
  • Familiarity with management responsibilities is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, and legal procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
