• Lead mediation sessions and prepare for courtroom proceedings
• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to motions
• Represent clients in court, with a focus on first-chair trial experience
• Collaborate with legal staff and attorneys across multiple locations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
• Proven success as lead counsel in jury trials
• Active license and good standing with the Alabama State Bar
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and rules of evidence
• Experience with motion practice and trial preparation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a legal team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Alabama, with potential consideration for remote options for top-tier talent

Certifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the Alabama State Bar
• Additional Bar memberships are a plus, especially in surrounding states
