Job Overview
A prestigious law firm in Cinnaminson, NJ, seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to represent clients in various legal matters across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney with a commitment to professional growth, client advocacy, and team collaboration in a dynamic legal setting.

Duties

  • Represent clients in court proceedings in New Jersey's Superior Court Law Division and Special Civil Part, and in Pennsylvania's Court of Common Pleas, Orphan’s Court, and occasionally Magistrate Court.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, appeals, and legal memos.
  • Advise clients on matters relating to business, corporate, condominium law, and real estate transactions.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to develop strong case strategies and deliver well-informed legal advice.
  • Ensure compliance with New Jersey and Pennsylvania laws, regulations, and court rules.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of cases, collaborating with a dedicated paralegal in a structured team setting.

Requirements

  • An active Bar license in New Jersey is required; dual licensure in Pennsylvania is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of legal practice experience, preferably in litigation and client management.
  • Knowledge of Estate Planning, Probate, and Homeowner Association law is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • New Jersey Bar License (required)
  • Pennsylvania Bar License (preferred)

Skills
