Job Overview:

  • Handle personal injury cases from inception through trial.
  • Engage in client communication and case management.
  • Conduct legal research, drafting legal documents, and responding to motions.
  • Lead mediations and negotiations with opposing parties.
  • Represent clients in depositions and court proceedings.

Duties:

  • Communicate with clients regarding case progress and updates.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Lead mediation and settlement negotiations.
  • Develop case strategies in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Arkansas State Bar.
  • Proficiency in drafting and responding to motions.
  • Substantial knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arkansas State Bar.
