Job Overview:

The Real Estate Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions and finance. Duties:

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to commercial real estate matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts, agreements, and documents
• Advising clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions
• Assisting with due diligence processes, title examinations, and property investigations
• Providing support in the resolution of real estate disputes and litigation matters
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate projects
• Maintaining awareness of current legal developments and industry trends in real estate law

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity
