Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties

• Manage and litigate cases involving high-exposure catastrophic personal injury claims, including product liability and general negligence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in preparation for court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably in catastrophic personal injury cases.
• Strong background in product liability and general negligence is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
