Associate Attorney needed for Cary office

Cary office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney, preferably with 2-4 years of law firm patent preparation and prosecution experience. The candidate must have an Electrical Engineering degree (at least B.S.E.E.) from an accredited university, with demonstrated academic achievement. Should have USPTO registration in good standing. Must have admission to a State Bar. 1+ years of law firm patent preparation and prosecution experience in technical fields relevant to the firm's client base, under the supervision of an experienced patent attorney, is required.

The candidate should have demonstrated the ability to finish tasks on time and within the allotted budget. Must have demonstrated the ability to draft concise, organized, and well-reasoned Office Action responses. Must have J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with demonstrated academic achievement. Academic background and/or industry work experience in a technology field relevant to the firm's client base is required.
