Job Overview: A law firm seeks a skilled Estate Planning Attorney to join its team remotely. Duties:

  • Assist in managing various case matters related to Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
  • Conduct legal research and provide insightful analysis for probate and estate planning cases.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including wills, petitions, and probate pleadings.
  • Collaborate with the managing attorney to devise case strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Review and supervise the work of entry-level associates, guiding as necessary.
  • Conduct client consultations and advise on legal matters related to estate planning.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, court officials, and other relevant parties involved in legal matters.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Probate law and estate planning.
  • Strong background in litigation, with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of legal research tools and case management software.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to various legal challenges and client needs.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona, or willing to obtain Arizona licensure if not already held.

Skills:

  • Expertise in Wills, Trusts, and Estates law, with a strong understanding of probate administration.
  • Strong research, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
