A law firm in Denver is seeking a Corporate Services Group (CSG) Partner with substantial corporate-related experience and a portable book of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in corporate law, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.

 

Duties:

  • Lead and manage the Corporate Services Group (CSG) within the firm.
  • Represent clients in various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for client growth and business development.
  • Maintain and expand a portable book of business.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to corporate clients on a wide range of issues.
  • Oversee and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff within the CSG.
  • Conduct legal research and draft high-level legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Participate in firm management and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in corporate transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent client service and effective communication.

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in corporate law, with a proven track record of handling complex corporate matters.
  • Active Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility for admission.
  • A substantial portable book of business.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active membership in the Colorado State Bar Association or eligibility for admission.
