Real Estate and/or Commercial Loan Attorney

A law firm located in Erie is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate and/or Commercial Loan Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in handling real estate and commercial loan matters, demonstrating proficiency in legal documentation, transactions, and client interactions.

Duties:

• Handle real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial loan agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel on real estate and commercial loan matters to clients.
• Conduct due diligence and title examinations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Represent clients in negotiations, closings, and dispute resolutions.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate and commercial loan laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and/or commercial loan matters.
• Strong understanding of real estate law and commercial loan transactions.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex transactions.
