Duties:

  • Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, and tax planning.
  • Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Guide clients through the probate process, including asset distribution, debt settlement, and filing necessary court documents.
  • Assist with trust administration and ensure compliance with fiduciary duties.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering proactive support and legal guidance.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Address client concerns and provide tailored solutions based on their specific estate planning and probate needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience practicing in estate planning and probate law.
  • Valid Connecticut Bar license.
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
