Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management and positive client outcomes.
• Attend depositions, mediation sessions, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing workers' compensation defense law.
• Licensed to practice law in Mississippi.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Mississippi.
