Pre-Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney with 1-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will manage diverse cases, primarily focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases. They must excel in communication, research, case strategy, and team management. Job Duties:

• Manage multiple cases concurrently, specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass torts.
• Provide personalized attention and maintain professional rapport with clients.
• Research case law to analyze precedents and develop plaintiff tactics.
• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents for clients.
• Develop case strategies based on previous cases and knowledge.
• Advise clients throughout the legal process, from intake to litigation.
• Manage a team to resolve cases efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from accredited institutions.
• License to practice law in Arizona; the ability to practice in additional states is advantageous.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in personal injury or insurance defense.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree.
