Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks two skilled Litigation Attorneys to join its Bellingham, WA office. This firm has been a strong presence in the local business community since 1974 and specializes in business transactions, real estate, employment, and construction law. Duties

• Handle various commercial, real estate, and employment disputes.
• Conduct litigation activities, including preparing legal documents and representing clients in court.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to formulate case strategies and ensure comprehensive legal representation.
• Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and other relevant documents.

Requirements

• Significant experience in litigation, particularly in commercial, real estate, and employment law.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases effectively and efficiently.
• A commitment to upholding the highest professional standards in all interactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Washington State.
