Job Overview: A law firm seeks a motivated and skilled Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join its team in Roseville, CA.   • Represent clients in probate court proceedings, estate administration, and trust litigation as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Foster strong client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the estate planning process.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active California State Bar license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
