Job Duties:

  • Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases through meticulously reviewing medical records, evidence, and client interviews.
  • Provide clear and practical guidance to clients, ensuring their understanding of legal processes and options.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, aiming for favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Handle a substantial caseload efficiently while maintaining quality of service and adherence to deadlines.
  • Develop litigation strategies, conduct discovery, and prepare for trials when necessary.
  • Open new case files, maintain detailed records and manage case progression from inception to resolution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, informing them of case developments and promptly addressing their concerns.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by managing and mentoring legal team members.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Georgia (active and in good standing).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Litigating Personal Injury Attorney.
  • Trial experience preferred but not required.
  • Deep understanding of Florida Personal Injury law and its application.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
