Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and adoption proceedings.
• Prepare and review legal documents including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients navigating family law issues.
• Negotiate settlements and appear in court as necessary for hearings and trials.
• Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive timely updates.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure cohesive client service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with firm policies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Idaho and good standing with the Idaho State Bar.
• Proven experience in family law, including handling divorce, child custody, and adoption cases.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho.
