Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a talented and experienced Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer to join its dynamic team in Denver, CO. Duties:

  • Handle various mergers and acquisitions transactions, including buy-side and sell-side deals.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on corporate matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements about mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Conduct legal, due diligence, and risk assessments for clients involved in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance issues and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in Colorado.
  • 4-8 years of law firm experience, focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Extensive experience in high-volume mergers and acquisitions practice.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively supervise corporate associates and subject matter specialists.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of Colorado.
