We seek a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a law firm's dynamic commercial real estate team. This position is ideal for an attorney with 4-7 years of experience in real estate law, strong academic credentials, and exceptional writing skills.

Duties:

  • Advise clients on various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
  • Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title review and environmental assessments.
  • Represent clients in real estate closings and related proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
