Litigation Attorney

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and civil litigation cases
• Develop and implement trial strategies, including preparing witness lists, exhibits, and legal arguments
• Represent clients in court, including presenting arguments, cross-examining witnesses, and filing motions
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Engage in settlement negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure thorough case preparation

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney with trial experience
• Experience in personal injury law preferred but not required
• Strong litigation skills and familiarity with trial procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the Colorado Bar

Skills:
