Senior General Liability Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Senior General Liability Associate Attorney to manage a diverse range of general liability cases. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in various areas of liability and demonstrate exceptional skills in litigation, communication, and teamwork.

Duties:

• Represent clients in general liability matters, including commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM claims, premises liability, construction accidents, and product liability.
• Prepare and manage legal documents, pleadings, and trial materials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
• Participate in trials and hearings as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.
• Provide exceptional legal advice and client representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active license in good standing in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of litigation experience required.
• Trial experience preferred.

Certifications:

• Must be a member of the New Jersey Bar.
