Duties:

• Provide legal expertise in appellate law and handle a wide variety of appellate cases.

• Research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and petitions.

• Represent clients in oral arguments before appellate courts.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and legal research.

• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding case progress and legal matters.

• Manage a caseload of complex appellate matters, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in appellate law or general litigation.

• Proven record of job stability and excellent professional references.

• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously and work under pressure.

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.

• Member in good standing with the California Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of appellate procedures and legal research.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
