Job Overview: A leading personal injury and property damage law firm is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its growing team in Clayton, MO. In this role, the attorney will ensure clients receive the best care and secure excellent results, while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. The position requires regular client meetings, communication with insurance companies, and providing clients with updates on claims status.

Duties:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrating compassion and earning their trust.
  • Provide clients with case updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
  • Evaluate personal injury claims and offer sound legal advice.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Member of the Missouri Bar and in good standing.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in evaluating claims and negotiating settlements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

  • Active member of the Missouri Bar, in good standing.
