Job Overview:
A growing and progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Estate and Elder Law Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in Medicare and Medicaid planning. Experience in estate planning documents, trusts, probate matters, and guardianships is highly desirable. Location:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on Medicare and Medicaid planning.
  • Prepare estate planning documents, including trusts and wills.
  • Handle probate matters, guardianships, and other elder law-related issues.
  • Review and update estate planning documents as needed.
  • Advise clients on long-term care options and financial planning for seniors.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings related to elder law matters.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and guidance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in estate and elder law.
  • Experience with Medicare and Medicaid planning is required.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, trusts, probate matters, and guardianships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar (required).
  • Specialization in Estate Planning and Elder Law (preferred, if applicable).
