Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Litigation and trial experience is advantageous.
  • An active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and effective communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, in good standing.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for effective client and team interactions.
  • Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations and manage challenging workloads.
  • Experience with Needles Software is beneficial but not required.
  • Team player with the ability to take direction and collaborate.
  • Bilingual abilities are an asset but not essential.
