Duties

Requirements

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • 1 year of experience handling appellate and post-conviction cases.
  • Strong background in criminal defense, with demonstrated expertise in case preparation and client representation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Florida Bar Membership (Required).
