Location:

Duties:

  • Manage an assigned caseload from inception to case resolution.
  • Develop and implement litigation strategy.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to lead matters to resolution.
  • Negotiate settlements.
  • Conduct depositions and jury trials.
  • Attend legal education courses to enhance litigation skills.
  • Participate in firm’s community and pro bono initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Active Massachusetts Bar membership (in good standing).
  • Experience in personal injury or civil litigation is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Bar license.

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
