Job Overview:

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Active member in good standing in the Connecticut and/or New York or Florida Bars.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling complex residential real estate matters.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, standards of title, and industry practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Education/Certifications:

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Active membership in the Connecticut and/or New York or Florida Bars.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
