The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, with a preference for experience in loan originations and real estate financings.

 

Duties:

  • Draft loan, security, intercreditor, and related documents
  • Provide counsel on covenant compliance for finance transactions
  • Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists
  • Offer legal advice on finance-related matters
  • Conduct thorough legal research on finance laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with clients to structure and negotiate finance deals
  • Review and analyze financial documents and contracts
  • Represent clients in finance-related legal proceedings

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar in Colorado
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance or commercial finance transactions
  • Strong understanding of finance and lending principles
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
  • Superior academic credentials
