Requirements:

  • Must be a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.
  • Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in creditor's rights or related fields of law.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
