This full-time position is geared toward attorneys with over five years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation, with a focus on Child Victims Act cases. Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases, including those related to the Child Victims Act.
• Draft legal documents such as complaints, bills of particulars, and discovery responses.
• Conduct depositions and review medical records to build strong cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Maintain thorough organization of case files and documentation.
• Attend court proceedings and participate in negotiations as necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation.
• Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting depositions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
