Duties:

• Handle a wide range of appellate litigation matters, representing clients in various cases and courts.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to develop legal strategies.

• Draft, review, and edit appellate briefs and motions.

• Participate in oral arguments before appellate courts.

• Provide detailed legal research and analysis for case preparation.

• Work on client matters with an emphasis on quality, precision, and timely delivery.

• Contribute to the firm's mission by maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in appellate or general liability litigation.

• Proven track record with a stable employment history and strong professional references.

• An active member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

Skills:

• Strong writing and legal research skills.

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience with appellate procedures and court protocols.

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
