Duties

• Handle insurance coverage matters, including first- and third-party claims and bad-faith litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft briefs, and prepare comprehensive coverage opinions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and manage all phases of litigation.
• Collaborate closely with team members and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in business development and practice growth activities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage practice.
• Active Bar admission in MA, with additional admission in NJ/NY preferred.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Confidence and professionalism in client interactions and court appearances.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar, with NJ/NY Bar admission a plus.
