Duties

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in litigation or a related legal field.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law or insurance defense is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with Westlaw or other legal research tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
