Duties:

• Work closely with attorneys, legal staff, and clients to deliver exceptional legal services.
• Effectively interact with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Take ownership of a diverse caseload, managing multiple cases with precision and attention to detail.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s presence and success in the Los Angeles market.
• Participate in building out firm processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service.
• Collaborate on the development and execution of strategies to achieve top-tier results for clients.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in personal injury law, including a minimum of 3 years in personal injury cases (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex cases efficiently.
• Ability to lead a team while working independently and managing high caseloads.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, and other professionals in the legal field.
• Licensed to practice law in California and good standing with the California State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong litigation and case management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Experience in personal injury litigation is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
