Job Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas.
  • 1-6 years of experience practicing in trusts and estates law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong academic credentials; LLM in Taxation preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.

  • Comprehensive understanding of estate planning principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
