• Oversee and manage family law cases from inception through completion

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina
• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, with significant family law expertise
• Proven 1st chair family law experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to new software and technical tools

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• Licensed to practice in South Carolina
