Location:

Duties:

  • Handle a variety of trusts and estates matters, including estate planning, administration, and tax planning.
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, and related documents.
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax issues, and wealth transfer matters.
  • Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings.
  • Provide high-quality client service while developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and professionals in the firm.
  • Assume immediate responsibility for complex legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of substantive experience in Trusts & Estates law.
  • Strong preference for candidates with an LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sophisticated legal matters and build client relationships.
  • Empathetic and client-focused demeanor with the ability to instill confidence in clients.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning (preferred, not required).

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar.
