A law firm seeks a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join its Denver, CO office. Duties:

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to develop and implement legal strategies for clients.
  • Provide legal advice to individuals and families regarding their immigration status and options.
  • Handle a variety of immigration processes, including visa applications, asylum cases, and petitions for permanent residency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-7 years of experience in immigration law (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients in a patient and professional manner.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work independently while also collaborating with team members.
  • Motivated to work in an environment that requires compassion and a high level of responsibility.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license required.
