This remote position requires expertise in complex litigation, client counseling, and handling cases from inception to resolution in state and federal courts.

Location:

Duties:

• Independently manage complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts.
• Counsel clients through all phases of litigation, from initial consultation to case resolution.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and pleadings with both legal and business considerations.
• Evaluate case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Handle high-profile cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct legal research, prepare motions, and present strong oral and written arguments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to evaluate documents from both legal and business perspectives.
• Proven experience in handling high-profile or challenging cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
