A dynamic and fast-paced boutique law firm specializing in commercial litigation and business matters is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with over 15 years of experience. This remote position requires expertise in complex litigation, client counseling, and handling cases from inception to resolution in state and federal courts.

Location:

  • Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Duties:

  • Independently manage complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts.
  • Counsel clients through all phases of litigation, from initial consultation to case resolution.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and pleadings with both legal and business considerations.
  • Evaluate case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Handle high-profile cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare motions, and present strong oral and written arguments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.

  • Ability to evaluate documents from both legal and business perspectives.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
